1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EduVerify NG, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be a registered school owner, administrator, or authorized representative of a Nigerian private school to register and use this platform.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Defaulter Information
When adding defaulter records, you:
- Must have legitimate grounds for the entry
- Must sign the declaration confirming accuracy
- Must not submit false or malicious information
- Must update or remove records when debts are cleared
5. Subscription and Payments
Verification queries require an active annual subscription (N5,000/year). Adding defaulter records is free. All payments are processed through Paystack and Monnify.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with platform security measures
- Share your subscription access with unauthorized users
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
